With a solid foundation in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Remote Sensing, and Aerial Mapping from the esteemed University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, he brings invaluable expertise in utilizing spatial data for analysis and interpretation in today's dynamic landscape.
